BENEFIT GOLF TOURNAMENT

Thank you for your interest in the Western Star Charity Golf Tournament to benefit the Sheltered Workshops of Arkansas. The tournament will be held on Friday, May 2 2003 at the Stonelinks Golf Course located on Faulkner Lake Road in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Tee Time is set for 1:00 p.m.. Registration fees are $50.00 per person and includes lunch, greens fees, cart and range balls. Corporate and personal hole sponsorships are also available for a donation of $100.00 per hole. Please take a few minutes and fill out the form below and submit it to reserve your spot in this very worthwhile tournament.
